 History of a soil : « by VMV » Chardonnay Viognier is an excellent example of the possible harmony between two distinctly expressive grape varieties.
The Chardonnay brings the structure and the aromatic complexity. The Viognier confers the wine its powerful aromas of apricot and violet. The blend of this two grapes results in a kind of symbiosis where the best features of each one stand out.
Soils : Chalky-clayey, stone covered.
 History of sensations : Eye : Bright golden colour with green hues.
Noze : Aromatic nose predominantly breathing out aromas of apricot, peach and violet.
Mouth : The same aromatic complexity than on the nose is found in mouth with an additional aroma of pineapple. Dense texture with a pleasant vividness.
 Histoire of pleasure : Drinks well on its own or with seafood, fish, white meat and poultry.
