 History of a soil : The VIGNERONS DU MONT VENTOUX winery presents its new Wine Collection intended for
young and young-minded consumers, VARICOLOR VENTOUX, which comprises a red, a
rosé and a white.
These wines are faithful to the characteristics of the AOC Côtes du Ventoux in their fruitdriven
and easy-to-drink features. They will though also please the most demanding wine
enthusiasts when poured in a festive and convivial context.
These wines are designed to be drunk chilled or slightly chilled and an element of the backlabel,
a piglet head, is printed using a thermochromatic ink , which varies from white to pink
according to the temperature - between 14°C and 12°C for Red Ventoux -, a practical help to
pour the wine at the right temperature.
Soils : decomposition of hard limestone and ancient alluvions.
 History of a know-how : Carefully sorted out and de-stemmed crop. Traditional winemaking in cement vats, at controlled temperature, each grape apart. Maturing a few months in vats
 History of sensations : Eye : Bright pale yellow robe with golden hues.
Noze : Floral and fruity on the nose with notes of white flowers and citrus.
Mouth : In mouth, a well balanced wine, fleshy with vividness and freshness.
 Histoire of pleasure : Recommended as a pre-meal drink and with seafood and creamed poultry and meat dishes.

To drink while young, preferably within two years after the harvest.
